Character

A wonderful dark yellow dessert wine with an incredibly intense bouquet of dried fruit and appealing honey notes. It has a fine freshness on the palate and a mellow, full-bodied structure, not to mention an unforgettably long finish.

Region

Liaoning

The winegrowing region of Liaoning is located in the very East of China, at the border to North Korea in the southern part of Manchuria. It is a hilly region with a small central plateau and vines cultivated at altitudes of 200 to 600 m a.s.l. Here summers are particularly hot and the influence of the monsoon rains can be felt. The other seasons are quite dry. The Siberian High produces very cold winters in Liaoning. Such climatic conditions ensure optimal conditions for the production of ice wine.

Producer/Brand

Chateau Changyu Moser XV

Château Changyu Moser XV in Ningxia in central West China is on the same latitude as Sicily, southern Spain and California. The cooperation with China's most promising wine talents combines innovation with generation-old expertise in wines and quality on a par with the best European traditions. This guarantees the high quality of Château Changyu wines and their processing.
