Behind Moderato are Sébastien, from a family of winemakers in the Cognac region, and Fabien, an expert in innovative beverage development. They love wine - its history, its terroir, its opportunities, its diversity, its conviviality. They love wine so much they'd like to enjoy it more often - without the negative consequences. So, in true French style, they decided to make a revolution and create a wine without alcohol, without compromising on taste. To find the perfect aromatic balance, they tried the best grape varieties and focused on a unique distillation method. Today, supported by a team of winemakers and oenologists, they develop ever more refined cuvées, recognized by top wine professionals and sommeliers alike.
