As long ago as 1992, as the first company in the Swiss wine industry, Bataillard AG introduced its quality management system, which is subject to the international DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 quality norm. This was supplemented by the IFS (International Food Standard) certification, which the company received in 2005.
Bataillard AG has also been certified organic since 2007. (Lohnabfüllerei nach CH-BIO VO SR 910.18 und nach der EU VO 2092/91)

Wherever they work, our employees are responsible for the quality of their performance, and collaborate to develop improvement measures. Regular in-house system checks and external audits verify compliance with quality control measures.
